At DTF PRINT HUB, we provide Australia-wide shipping for all custom DTF and UV printing orders. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes and timelines.

PROCESSING TIME
Production Time
All orders are custom-made to order with a standard turnaround time of:
• 24-48 hours from order approval
Processing begins once:
• Payment is confirmed
• Design files are approved (if proof requested)
• All order specifications are finalised
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

We ship to all locations across Australia, including:

SHIPPING COSTS

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:

You can monitor your order's progress through the carrier's tracking system. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Accurate Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
• Include unit/apartment numbers
• Provide correct postal codes
• Add delivery instructions if needed
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Signature Requirements
Depending on the carrier and package value:
• Signature may be required upon delivery
• Authority to Leave (ATL) may be available
• Safe drop locations can be specified at checkout
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered:
• The carrier will leave a collection card
• Package will be held at the nearest post office or depot
• Collection period is typically 10-14 business days
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to us
Customers are responsible for collection within the specified timeframe. Return shipping fees may apply for unclaimed orders.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Carrier delays or disruptions
• Remote location access issues
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible. Shipping delays beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
  1. Check with household members or neighbours
  2. Look for safe drop locations around your property
  3. Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate it
  4. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of damaged packaging and product
• Include your order number and tracking information
• We will arrange a replacement or refund (see our Refund and Returns Policy)

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Address Changes
• Must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
• Cannot be changed once order has been dispatched
• Contact us immediately via email to request changes
Order Cancellations
Due to our fast 24-48 hour turnaround time:
• Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
• Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled after design approval

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
Orders containing multiple items:
• May be shipped in separate packages if necessary
• Will use the same shipping method selected at checkout
• Each package will have its own tracking number

PO BOX AND PARCEL LOCKERS
We can ship to:
• PO Boxes (standard shipping only)
• Parcel lockers (where available)
• Business addresses
